🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

❌ Order Cancellation

- Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person if possible.
- If any item is missing or damaged, report it within 24 hours with proper evidence.
- Complaints after this time period may not be accepted.
📱 Facebook & Website Orders
- Orders placed through Facebook inbox/comments are treated the same as website orders.
- Screenshots or order confirmations should be kept until the order is completed.
